It looks like Micromax is about to launch another budget-friendly smartphone on the Indian market. Dubbed A89 Ninja, the upcoming smartphone is expected to hit shelves in the next few days for only Rs 7,000 outright ($130/€95).

The handset was spotted by the folks over at AndroidOS on Micromax’ official website, though an official price tag has yet to be confirmed.

As expected, Micromax A89 Ninja offers dual-SIM capability and packs a dual-core processor clocked at 1 GHz, which is complemented by 512MB of RAM and 2GB of internal memory.

It also sports a 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution, as well as a 3-megapixel rear camera and microSD slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

Software-wise, Ninja A89 ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box and comes pre-loaded with several useful apps and games, including Hook up, M! live, M! store, M! Zone+ and Fruit Devil.
