Samsung is prepping such a limited edition

We haven’t heard much from Meizu as of late, but the company is probably hard at work on its next-gen flagship, the MX5.

Recently we also told you that low-cost chip giant MediaTek has taken a serious investment in the up and rising Chinese smartphone maker and has reportedly invested a sum of money into it.

But according to a few screenshots uncovered by Mobile Dad, it appears Meizu is also working on something film fans will probably appreciate quite a lot.

A few days ago we told you that Samsung has partnered up with Marvel to deliver a special Avenger Edition of its highly popular Galaxy S6 flagship. The first model, the Iron Man version in red will be available for purchase beginning late May or early June.

Now it appears Meizu might be doing something similar, although the outcome will be a little different. While Samsung will be releasing the Galaxy S6 themed on the outside and bundled with Avengers content, Meizu is taking a slightly less fancier approach.

In the leaked images, we see two phones in yellow and white while are reminiscent of the M1 Note, imprinted with the “Avengers” logo on the back. It doesn't look too fancy, just an additional logo plastered on the back.

The source says that the MX4 might also be getting the same treatment soon. But the info remains unconfirmed for the time being, so take it with a grain of salt.
