Alcatel has brought a nice range of devices at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, including the Android 4.1-based One Touch Star, which can be seen in the shots below, snapped by Softpedia’s editors at the annual trade show.

The mobile phone is already available for purchase in China, and is set to arrive on shelves in Europe before the end of this month, with a low price tag attached to it, but with appealing specs and capabilities.

Alcatel packed the new device with a stylish design, as well as with a 4-inch WVGA screen, a dual-core 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and 2.4GB of user memory (paired with a microSD memory card slot).

The device also features a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, VGA front camera for video calling, and a 1,500 mAh battery inside. Alcatel is offering it in dual-SIM flavors as well.
