Nokia has already announced the new promotion for its 41MP smartphone
Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia is offering the Lumia 1020 smartphone for Rs 13,500 ($214/€159) less in India as part of a newly launched buyback program.Users interested in the purchase of this device will be able to grab it at only Rs 36,499 ($580/€429), down from Rs 49,999 ($795/€588) at launch, as long as they bring along an old device.
“Save up to Rs.13,500 on buying #NokiaLumia1020 in exchange of your old phone. How will spend it? Get now,” Nokia India announced on Twitter.
As BGR-in notes, the deal might seem very appealing, though it is not the best out there. Retailers in India are already selling the smartphone much cheaper than Nokia.
