In late January, LucasArts confirmed that it would bring a new Star Wars game on the mobile devices in the following weeks. Dubbed Star Wars: Assault Team, the previously teased title has just landed on Google Play Store.

However, the game is only available for download in Australia for the moment, but developers are likely to roll it out worldwide in the coming days.

Star Wars: Assault Team is a turn-based combat game that allows players to manage their favorite characters (Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Boba Fett, Tusken Raider), update their stats and abilities, and defeat the galactic enemies. The game is said to feature high-quality graphics and background animations during combat.

You can now download Star Wars: Assault Team for Android 1.0.2 for free via Google Play Store. Keep in mind that the game should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 4.0 and up.
