The team behind the popular Lookout Security & Antivirus application for Android devices has just released a new update that includes more new features and lots of visual changes.

In fact, the security application has been completely redesigned, which makes it easier for users to find what they need.

In addition, the latest version comes with something called Activity Feed, which is a dashboard that allows users to see how exactly their devices and data are being protected from threats.

Last but not least, the update brings a new feature, Signal Flare, which automatically saves the device’s location when the battery gets low.

Lookout Security & Antivirus 8.0 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
