A new permission has been added for Jelly Bean users
Lookout Mobile Security has just released a new update for their popular Android application, which promises to fix some minor bugs.Although it does not come with any new features or improvements, the latest version of Lookout Security & Antivirus is more stable than previous iterations.
According to developers, users who own devices powered by Android Jelly Bean may see a new request for permission to access Call Logs.
This has been added in order to fix a call log back-up issue for these devices. Other minor bug fixes that have been included in the latest update have yet to be detailed by developers.
Lookout Security & Antivirus 8.6 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 1.5 and up. Check it out here.
