LinkedIn, the company that manages the largest professional networking site, has just updated its Android application with a handful of improvements and bug fixes.

The latest version of LinkedIn for Android brings improvements to search. In addition, developers included some miscellaneous performance enhancements that have yet to be detailed.

According to LinkedIn, previous updates added some new features and options, which haven’t been unveiled until today.

The ability to enable and receive push notifications is one of the features that got included in a previous update, along with the option to follow and learn more about companies and jobs.

LinkedIn 2.5.2 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
