It might not be too long before Lenovo too joins the 1080p smartphone screens party, the latest reports on the matter suggest.

Apparently, the company already has a new LePhone model in the works with a screen capable of delivering a full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution, and screenshots allegedly coming from it have been posted online to prove that.

No specific info on the device’s internals has been provided as of yet, but the screenshots confirm that it will offer support for China Telecom’s network.

Given the high resolution of the device’s screen, chances are that it will be a 5-inch or larger display, though this still has to be confirmed. Techkiddy suggests that it would run Android 4.x.

Hopefully, it won’t be too long before additional info on the smartphone emerges, so stay tuned to learn more on it.
