We already know Lenovo is likely to launch its next high-end Android smartphone, the K920 Vive Z2 Pro, on August 5, so it’s no surprise that the smartphone has just been certified in China.

TENAA, the Chinese regulatory commission has just approved Lenovo’s upcoming smartphone, so it’s just a matter of time before the device will go official and, eventually, on sale in the Mainland.

As GSMArena points out, the Vibe Z2 Pro is expected to sell in China for around 2500 yuan outright, which is about $405 or €300, thus making Lenovo’s handset an exceptional deal for Android fans.

The smartphone boasts a huge 6-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display, as well a powerful 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor. Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro’s CPU is complemented by no less than 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.

Last but not least, the flagship smartphone will be equipped with a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera that features autofocus, dual-LED flash and 4K video recording, as well as with a secondary 5-megapixel camera in the front for video calls and selfies.

Lenovo K920 Vibe Z2 Pro will ship with the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system out of the box and support for dual-SIM and LTE sometime next month.
