It is based on the official OTA update, which should start arriving soon

Owners of the HTC One smartphone on the network of wireless carrier AT&T can now download and install an Android 4.3 Jelly Bean ROM for their devices.

All those who have rooted their phones and can install custom ROMs on them can grab the software and flash it, as it is available for download as a .zip file.

Apparently, the ROM was built based on a recently leaked RUU for the HTC One, which was nothing else than the OTA Android 4.3 update for the smartphone.

However, a recent post on rootzwiki warns that users will lose S-off via revone / moonshine.

Just keep in mind that this is not an official release, and those who would like to install it on their AT&T HTC One before the official update is delivered will do so at their own risk.
