The smartphone will pack a dual-core CPU, dual-SIM card support

South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics is reportedly getting ready for the launch of a new large Android smartphone, called LG G Pro Lite.

The new mobile phone is expected to arrive in Russia in mid-October, a recent post on Hi-Tech.mail.ru reads. It should be priced at 12,990 rubles ($401 / €297).

Rumor has it that the new device will arrive with a 5.5-inch touchscreen, the same as Optimus Pro before it. It will also be powered by a 3140mAh battery.

The specifications list of the new device is also said to include a dual-core processor, as well as an 8-megapixel camera. LG G Pro Lite is also expected to offer support for two SIM cards at the same time.

The new mobile phone is also said to arrive on shelves with various exclusive LG applications and features, including KnockOn, guest mode, QSlide, and more.
