Following the official unveiling of the LG G2 smartphone, South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics is reportedly getting ready for the launch of the third device in the LG Vu series, and info on the smartphone’s hardware specs has emerged online.

Supposedly called LG Vu III, the upcoming device is said to feature model number F-300K / F-300L / F-300S, which suggests that it will be launched in South Korea on the networks of all three major carriers in the country.

According to Korean Daily (via Techkiddy), the smartphone will feature about the same design and size as its predecessor, which means that it will be a square-shaped handset.

Apparently, LG has decided to go for a 5.2-inch display capable of delivering a 1280 x 960-pixel resolution (and a 4:3 aspect ratio), a Snapdragon 800 processor, LTE-Advanced connectivity, and a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the handset’s back.
