MetroPCS and LG have teamed up once again to offer customers another budget-friendly LTE-enabled smartphone.

Dubbed LG Spirit 4G, the smartphone is now available for purchase for only $200/€145 outright, after a $50/€40 mail-in rebate. Check it out here.

Aside from LTE support, the LG Spirit 4G comes equipped with a decent 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, a 5-megapixel rear photo snapper with LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, as well as a 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display with Corning Gorilla Glass coating.

It is also worth mentioning that the device packs 4GB of internal memory, microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB) and a high-capacity 2150 mAh Li-Ion battery, which should provide up to 200 hours of standby time or up to 4 hours of talk time.

Sadly, the smartphone is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box, and we doubt LG will offer a Jelly Bean upgrade anytime soon.
