LG is still mum on its plans to bring Android 4.4 KitKat to its products, but rumors on what's to come for LG devices have already started to surface.

The folks over at Phonearena have just been tipped by an anonymous reader on LG's update scheduler for the majority of its Android smartphones and tablets.

According to some User Agent profiles, LG doesn't seem to bother with Android 4.3 updates for its smartphones anymore and plans to bring them directly to KitKat. This doesn't seem such a bad idea if it didn't took too long to upgrade its devices.

It appears that some of LG smartphones that will receive an Android 4.4 KitKat upgrade have been spotted in these User Agent profiles and includes multiple models, including LG Optimus F3, LG Optimus F6, LG G Pro Lite, LG Optimus F7, LG Optimus L9 II, LG Optimus Vu II and LG Vu III.

In addition, LG is also expected to offer a KitKat upgrade to some of its upcoming handsets, which have yet to be announced: LG-D315 and LS740.

The only bad news is LG Optimus 4X HD will not be upgraded beyond Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system, so those who still own the smartphone might want to switch to a newer device.
