It looks like LG plans to bring more dual-SIM phones in Europe as well. The South Korean company usually prefers to launch dual-SIM handsets in emerging markets such as India, Indonesia, China and others.

LG Optimus II L7 Dual has just been spotted in Russia by the folks at Hi-tech.mail.ru. The smartphone is expected to hit shelves next month for no less than 12,990 rubles outright, which is about €320 or $430.

Fortunately, the Optimus II L7 Dual comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system straight out of the box, so there’s no need to wait for a major upgrade.

Hardware-wise, the smartphone is equipped with a dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz and packs an 8-megapixel rear photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash and HD (720p) video recording.

It also sports a 4.3-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display and embeds a high-capacity 2,460 mAh Li-Ion battery.
