With only one week left until Google’s event where the company plans to officially announce the Nexus 4, an LG official confirmed the smartphone as being expected to arrive in India by the end of November.

Amit Gujral, head of Mobile Product Planning at LG, told IBNLive during the Optimus Vu launch in India that the Nexus 4 smartphone would be unveiled on October 29 and it would go on sale in the country by the end of next month.

He also confirmed that the smartphone would be powered by Google’s Android 4.2 operating system out of the box, and would pack a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM.

According to the latest hearsay, LG Nexus 4 will boast a 4.7-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display with HD (768 x 1268 pixels) resolution, an 8-megapixel rear camera and 8GB/16GB of internal memory.
