LG officially unveiled its latest flagships smartphone, the G4, late last month. However, the South Korean company has yet to make it available for purchase worldwide.

The LG G4 can be purchased in South Korea since April 29 and will eventually make it to more than 180 carriers around the world, but for the time being there's no release date for the United States.

Although we already know that G4 will be carried by all major operators in the US, there's no telling when exactly that will happen yet.

The good news is that the smartphone has just been spotted at FCC (Federal Communications Commission) by the folks over at GforGames.

There's no mention of the LG G4 name, but their codenames (LS991 and VS986) are enough to confirm these models are for Sprint and Verizon, respectively.

Since the FCC filings don't mention any release dates for either of the two smartphones, we will have to wait until more rumors on the LG G4's exact release date in the United States hit the internet.

According to the latest rumors, LG G4 might land in the US sometime in June, but other than that no details are available.

It's also worth mentioning that Sprint has already opened a pre-registration page for LG G4, but the Big Red has yet to make statements regarding the smartphone.
