Japanese carrier KDDI has just announced its upcoming set of Android smartphones, which are expected to arrive this Spring.

The most interesting seems to be Fujitsu’s Arrows Z ISW13F. The smartphone is equipped with an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory.

In addition, the device is said to boast an impressive 4.6-inch capacitive touchscreen display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution. A 13-megapixel rear camera is included as well.

Another Android smartphone to be launched at KDDI in the following weeks is the HTC J, which was announced several weeks ago.

The Kyocera Urbano Progresso is another device that will soon make it to KDDI’s shelves. The smartphone is said to be capable of transmitting sound through vibrations. Check out the full list of devices here.
