Rogers and Sony deployed the promised Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for Xperia T a few weeks ago and now, those who have upgraded their devices complain that some of the features available before do not work anymore.

MobileSyrup reports that Rogers Xperia T users complain that they have issues in using the phone’s tethering capability after upgrading to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

The carrier has acknowledged the issue and has already come forward with an official statement promising that a fix will be delivered in the next couple of days:

“We recognize some of you may be having an issue tethering your Xperia T with the Jelly Bean upgrade. We are working on a solution and will provide you with an update in the coming week.”

We will keep our eyes peeled for any updates on the matter, so stay tuned.
