14 DAY TRIAL // The third Android smarpthone in the Cloud series launched by Intex this week, Cloud Y17 is now available for purchase via Amazon India.
According to AndroidOS, customers can pick this one up for Rs 7,199 outright, which is about $115 or €85. For the time being, no other major retailer in India offers the Intex Cloud Y17, but we suspect it will arrive at Flipkart as well within the next few days.
Specs-wise, the Cloud Y17 sports a decent 4.5-inch FWVGA capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 854 pixels resolution and a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera.
The phone ships with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and comes packed with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory.
Other highlights of the smarpthone include: microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual-SIM support, 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, 2-megapixel front-facing camera and 1,500 mAh Li-Ion battery.
