Windows Phone enthusiasts have been teased with the upcoming release of Instagram on their favorite platform for a very long time, but the wait ended last month when the official Instagram app made it on Windows Phone Store.

However, the application is still in beta, so developers are now pushing updates pretty often to iron out all the bugs and issues affecting Instagram for Windows Phone.

The latest of these updates is doing just that, so users who already have the application installed on their Windows Phone devices may want to upgrade to the latest version.

Although there's no official changelog for the update, we suspect that it brings some bug and crash fixes, as well as some under the hood improvements. The chance of this version containing new features is pretty slim though.

You can now download Instagram Beta 0.2.1.0 for Windows Phone for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application is only compatible with devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.
