Today at IFA 2013 in Berlin, South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics officially unveiled the Galaxy Note 3 smartphone, its latest handset powered by Google’s Android operating system.
The new device packs the hardware specifications that had been rumored for it, including a 5.7-inch touchscreen display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, and support for LTE-Advanced.
Furthermore, it also comes with a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, capable of offering 4K video recording capabilities, as well as with a front camera for making video calls.
Running under Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, the Galaxy Note 3 delivers a series of software customizations that set it apart from other high-end smartphones out there.
Among these, we can count Samsung Knox, Air Command, a new S Note feature, new Multi Window capabilities, My Magazine, Pen Window, and more.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is set to arrive on shelves on September 25 in 149 countries, in 3 color flavors, including Jet Black, Classic White, and Blush Pink, with a finish that resembles faux-leather, and with a metallic stripe around the edges.
