The smartphone will go on sale for 640 EUR off-contract

The star of this year’s IFA trade-fair, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has just gotten an LTE variant. We’ve spotted the device at Vodafone Germany’s booth here in Berlin and we also found out how much this monster will cost you.

Well, it looks like Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE will be available in Germany for no less than 640 EUR out right.

However, Germans willing to commit to a long term contract will be able to purchase is much cheaper via Vodafone.

Hardware-wise, the LTE version of Galaxy Note 2 LTE is basically the same as the HSPA+ version, though it does offer enhanced data speed download and upload.

It is also worth mentioning, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box.
