A new Huawei smartphone has made an appearance over at the FCC this week, namely the Ascend G510, which is expected to become official in the not too distant future.

The handset will land on shelves with support for W-CDMA/GSM connectivity, as well as for Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 b / g / n and Bluetooth capabilities.

The handset is also said to feature a 1750mAh battery inside, with model number HB4W1H attached to it. Apparently, the phone did not include support for NFC when approved for use in the United States.

No official info on the availability of this device has been provided as of now. Furthermore, the fact that it was spotted at the FCC does not confirm that it will also be launched on shelves in the United States. Stay tuned for more on this.
