We reported yesterday on Nexus 4’s upcoming availability at Australian retailer Harvey Norman and it looks like LG has just made it official.

It appears that due to high demand LG has decided to bring the Nexus 4 in Australia via major retailers across the country.

Even though Kogan is already selling the smartphone for $520/€410, according to LG, the Nexus 4 will be exclusive to Harvey Norman.

“The response in Australia has been overwhelmingly positive on Google Play already, and we know our Harvey Norman partnership will create even greater demand,” said Lambro Skropidis, general marketing manager at LG Australia.

The official statement mentions that customers will be able to purchase the Nexus 4 16GB beginning February 1 for $495/€390 outright. Check it out here.

However, Harvey Norman also offers customers the possibility to grab the Nexus 4 on various Optus plans starting from $35/€27 per month. For more details on LG Nexus 4’s features, check out the phone’s full specs sheet here.
