It looks like Windows Phone 8 smartphones are selling out everywhere. After Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC 8X, another WP8-based handset proves to be very popular among customers, the HTC Windows Phone 8S.

Launched at Virgin Mobile Canada one week ago, HTC 8S is now sold out. Customers that are trying to purchase the smartphone online are met with the following message: “Sorry, this phone has been flying off the shelves and we're out of stock. Please make another selection.”

We reported yesterday the carrier is looking for 5 people to test the HTC 8S. Hopefully, the smartphone will reappear at Virgin Mobile Canada in the next few days, though we have yet to hear any word from the carrier.

Stay tuned for more updates on the matter and keep in mind the HTC 8S is available for $80/€60 on SuperTab or for $280/€215 on prepaid. Check it out here.
