Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation has started to deliver the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system version to some of the owners of HTC One devices out there.

To be more precise, the update is currently rolling out to the Developer Edition models, just as HTC promised at the beginning of this week.

The handset vendor took it to Twitter to announce the availability of the update for its HTC One DE customers out there. The new release will arrive on smartphones as version 3.22.1540.1.

“Android 4.3 update w/Sense 5 rolling out now to #HTCOne Developer Edition users. Updates from version 1.29.1540.17 to 3.22.1540.1. Enjoy,” HTC announced.

The update is set to become available for HTC One in Canada before the end of this month. It will be pushed to other models in the US not long after, though it all depends on wireless carriers, HTC said.
