HTC One X+ made its debut on the market back in November with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box.

Well, it appears that the Taiwanese company might already have Android 4.2 in the works. XDA developer Shen Yehas has just posted a picture on Google+ that was taken using the Photo Sphere feature integrated within HTC One X+.

The EXIF data reveals that the HTC One X+ that was used to capture the picture is powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, which is not yet available for the general public.

Unfortunately, we cannot tell if this is a leaked official ROM or just an AOSP-based build cooked up recently. Either way, it’s good news for HTC One X+ owners who are likely to receive this upgrade in the coming months.
