Starting today, owners of HTC One smartphones in the UK can download and install the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system flavor on their devices.

The news comes from HTC UK, which has announced the availability of the upgrade via its official Twitter account.

“The 4.2.2 update for the #HTCOne started rolling out in the UK from today. Download it now: Settings > About > Software Updates > Check now,” a recent tweet from the company reads.

The firmware upgrade brings along the option to shoot panoramas, along with widget support and swipe-to-camera from lock screen, and Daydream screensavers.

Additionally, the new flavor of the mobile operating system should provide users with various fixes and other small improvements on their handsets, all meant to result in a much better overall experience than before.
