Right on schedule, US-based carrier Cricket announced the immediate availability of the HTC One SV Android smartphone.

Customers can now purchase the handset for only $330/€245 on no term. It can be paired with Cricket’s pre-paid LTE service starting at $50 monthly, which offers 1GB of mobile data. Check it out here.

The bad news is that the One SV ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich onboard, though HTC might offer a Jelly Bean upgrade later this year.

The rest of the phone’s specs are more than decent. HTC One SV is equipped with a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.

It sports a 4.3-inch Super LCD2 capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution, and features Corning Gorilla Glass 2 coating.
