The HTC One M9+ was once deemed an Asia exclusive

Back in April, HTC unveiled the One M9+ during a press event in Beijing, which suggested the phone would be offered on the Asian market exclusively.

But since then, the device arrived in the US via Amazon, and now it looks like it will be making its way straight to Europe as well. Asian leakster LlabTooFeR claims that the phone will hit retail locations in Europe in Q3.

According to his tweet, the One M9+ (no word of the One E9+) will be available in Germany, Italy, Russia and other Western/Eastern EU countries.

This is good news for those of you who wanted a One M9 version with a larger display, better resolution, and no overheating Snapdragon 810 problems.

For those of you who don’t remember, the phone arrives with a 5.2-inch QHD display (2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution) plus a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6795T clocked at 2.2GHz under the hood (along with PowerVR G6200 GPU), fitted with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD card to 128GB).

The phone also boasts a DuoCamera setup (made up of a 20MP and a 2.1MP shooter with dual-LED flash), plus a 4MP UltraPixel snapper up in front.

Android 5.0 Lollipop is the default operating system on board, and there are also BoomSound speakers along for the ride.

No word related to pricing, but we will let you know as soon as we stumble upon the information ourselves.
