HTC One, the latest flagship Android-based smartphone from HTC, has been long rumored to be en-route to Verizon Wireless, and some more proof on the matter has emerged.

According to a recent post on PhoneArena, SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) code for the device has already been spotted in Verizon’s inventory system, which suggests that it will indeed be released by this wireless carrier.

The handset has been spotted there as HTC6500LVW, said to be HTC M7, and HTC6500LVW-DU for the demo unit, it seems (the smartphone was launched at AT&T as HTC6050A for the 32GB model, and HTC6056A for the 64GB flavor).

Apparently, Verizon added the phone to its inventory on May 22, yet specific info on when it might officially announce the smartphone hasn’t emerged yet. Stay tuned for more on this.
