The handset will arrive on shelves in two color flavors, Black and Silver

Vodafone Germany is one of the wireless carriers who will add the upcoming HTC M7 smartphone to its offering, a recent leak suggests.

The handset has just been spotted in the company’s inventory system in two color flavors, namely black and silver, documents that emerged over at HTCInside show.

Expected to be officially introduced on February 19, the new mobile phone is rumored to arrive on shelves with a 4.7-inch touchscreen display, capable of delivering a full HD resolution.

Furthermore, Phone Arena notes that the handset should include a 1.7 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel camera on the back, and HTC’s Sense 5.0 UI loaded on top of Google’s Android Jelly Bean operating system.

No specific info on when the device might be released has emerged so far, but said leaked documents do confirm that Germany will receive it.
