The feature works pretty well, though there still are some bugs

HTC HD2, the high-end device that was launched with Microsoft’s Windows Mobile operating system on board back in 2009, has already seen a few Windows Phone 7 ports.

The handset plays nicely with the new mobile platform from Microsoft, though there still are some aspects that are not working.

One of them was just solved with the release of a new multi-touch driver for the device, enabling it to run smoother under the platform, although it was not meant for that.

Windows Phone multi-touch on this handset still needs some touches, but it works pretty well already, it appears.

Those who have installed the Windows Phone platform on their devices will experience occasional lack of finger tracking during pinch-to-zoom, but things are very encouraging as they are at the moment, as the guys over at XDA-Developers note.
