Android enthusiasts living in Canada will be happy to know that Rogers won’t be the only carrier to launch the HTC Desire C in the following days.
The folks over at MobileSyrup have just been tipped on the release of the HTC Desire C through Virgin Mobile as well. Rumor has it that the carrier will offer the smartphone for only $200 CAD outright.
HTC Desire C is powered by Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, integrated with HTC Sense 4.0 user interface. Even though, the Desire C is a budget-friendly smartphone, the device comes with Beats Audio and NFC (Near Field Communications) technologies.
The handset is equipped with a 600 MHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB), as well as a 5-megapixel rear camera.
