Good news for Virgin Mobile customers in the United States, as the carrier plans to add the HTC Desire 610 to its Android lineup.

The first press render of the smartphone with the carrier’s logo attached to it has just popped up online via evleaks, so we’re still waiting for Virgin Mobile to confirm it.

Although there are no details regarding the phone’s release date and pricing options, we already know it will ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box.

The Desire 601, also known as HTC Zara, sports a decent 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution.

Hardware-wise, the handset packs a 1.4 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, an Adreno 305 graphics processing unit, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of storage that can be further expanded up to 64GB.
