Yesterday, official confirmation on the availability of the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system for the HTC One smartphone in the United States arrived, and today we learn that HTC DROID DNA will also be getting the new OS release soon.

The Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC is getting ready for the release of the update for both handsets in the United States and Canada, it seems, and plans on completing the process before the end of September.

The info comes from Jason Mackenzie, president of HTC America, who posted it on his Twitter account.

“Lots of questions re 4.3 release for One. We r working hard (needs cert) to release 4.3 across all US, Canada skus by end Sept. DNA as well,” he said.

No specific info on when the rollout will kick off has been provided, but it should not be too long before that happens, so stay tuned for more on this.
