We reported earlier today that the international version of HTC 8X is eligible for Microsoft's Windows Phone 8 Update 3 update and now it looks like the AT&T variant receives the same treatment.
WPCentral reports numerous AT&T customers who own the HTC 8X have already received the long-awaited update on their devices.
The update is pushed OTA (over the air) in stages, so it might not be available to all AT&T HTC 8X devices at the same time.
The Windows Phone 8 Update 3 brings lots of improvements and new features, including Driving Mode, enhanced Internet Sharing, improved Bluetooth connectivity, App switcher and accessibility tweaks for visually impaired.
In addition, better support for custom ringtones and lock screen orientation settings have been included as well. HTC 8X owners can manually check for the update or they can wait to be automatically notified on availability.
