Canadian carrier Rogers has silently launched the HTC 8X online, so customers can purchase this Windows Phone 8 device for $550/€430 on month-to-month.

The smartphone can also be purchased for as low as $100/€80 with a new three-year agreement. Check it out here.

HTC 8X is the second Windows Phone 8 that goes live at Rogers, after Nokia Lumia 920. The smartphone is packed with a 4.3-inch Super LCD2 capacitive touchscreen display that supports 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass coating.

On the inside, the HTC 8X is equipped with a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, an Adreno 225 graphics processing unit and 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone also comes with 16GB of internal memory inside, which cannot be expanded further as HTC Windows 8X lacks microSD card slot.
