It’s been less than a week since Google+ for Android received a major update and the application is now getting a new update.

However, this is a minor update rather than a new release, so users should not expect any new features or important changes to be included.

According to Google, this update will bump the application to version 3.3.1. In addition, it brings lots of bug fixes, which have yet to be detailed by devs.

Several stability improvements and tweaks are included in this update as well. Sadly, there is no further information on these enhancements yet.

The new Google+ 3.3.1 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
