Sales of Nexus 4 devices are reportedly picking up pace, and the latest reports on the matter suggest that Google and LG might have already shipped over one million devices around the world.

The info comes from an XDA-Developers forum member, the same that said a few months back that only 400,000 Nexus 4 handsets might have been produced in the first two months of availability, as TechCrunch notes.

Of course, this is only an estimated number, and chances are that the actual sales figures will be larger, yet Google hasn’t provided specific details on the matter for the time being.

Nexus 4 was launched in November last year with a 4.7-inch touchscreen display on the front and a quad-core processor inside.

Running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, it features 2GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel camera, NFC, a 2,100 mAh battery, and no LTE.
