One of the best mail clients for mobile Android devices, Gmail has just been updated with new features and a completely new user interface.

Google has just announced that all visual changes that have been added to the Gmail app for iPhone and iPad back in December are now available for Android, BlackBerry and Kindle Fire devices as well.

Users can now check the new features and the redesigned UI by visiting Gmail.com in the browser of their device. According to developers, the new application features improved search and integration with Google Calendar among other things.

While most of the changes included in this update are similar with those added to the iPhone and iPad application, Google mentions that not all of the latter have been integrated into this Gmail mobile web app for Android, BlackBerry and Kindle Fire.

Sorry Windows Phone fans, but this update is not available for you yet.
