An updated version of the Google Play Music application is now available for download for the owners of Android-based devices, namely build 5.3.1316M.

The new app release brings along a nice range of enhancements, including SD card downloads for All Access and/or cloud music, and Sound Search playlists within Google Music, a recent article on Android Police notes.

Furthermore, there is a series of UI changes included in the update, along with Music URL sharing and Coupon support. Other changes might also be included in the updated application release.

The new build should be rolling out to users in the near future, but those who do not wish to wait for its arrival can already download the APK from the web and install it manually.

Offering support for all Android 2.3 and up devices, the APK file is said to be signed by Google, which makes it pretty safe to download and install.
