14 DAY TRIAL // Google has just announced that its media and video application for Android devices Play Movies & TV is now available for users in India.
The latest update comes with several new features and improvements as well. For example, Android tablet users will now be able to press pause to discover actors, related films and even what song is playing.
Movies can be searched for with the info cards badge, but this feature is only available in the United States for the moment.
Users can also search across their library and the Play Store for movies and TV shows, as well as receive notifications for new TV show episodes if they have previously purchased the season.
There’s also a new “refresh” option in the overflow menu that allows users to check for any updates to the library.
Google Play Movies & TV 2.4.14 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out here.
