Google has just updated its Maps application for Android devices with new options meant to improve users’ experience.

The most popular localization application, Google Map with Navigation (beta), offers detailed maps with 3D buildings, voice guided turn-by-turn GPS navigation, live traffic information and more.

However, Google continues to improve its Maps app every month with new features and improvements, some of them requested by users.

The latest update for Google Maps brings Zagat scores and summaries, as well as the ability to get directions directly from map bubbles. Last but not least, users will be able to see reviews from experts and people they know.

Google Maps is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with most devices running Android operating system. Keep in mind that some features might not work on earlier Android versions.
