Google Helpouts, the program announced by the search giant earlier today, has just received its Android component. The new application for Android devices has just been released on Google Play Store and is available as a free download.

With Helpouts, those in need can ask for help from those who can provide it, over live video. Helpouts application allows users to offer help on multiple topics, with the mobile device, anytime, anywhere.

“Our goal is simple: help people help each other. We want to use the convenience and efficiency of the web to enable everyone, no matter where they are or what time it is, to easily connect with someone who can help,” said Google’s Udi Manber.

You can now download Helpouts for Android for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 4.0.3 and up.
