Google makes the application compatible with its latest OS release

Following the unveiling of the new Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich mobile operating system, Google has started to update the various applications it offers to its users so as to make them compatible with the platform, and Google+ is one app that just got this treatment.

Google has just announced a new flavor of this mobile application, one that features a new visual design and a wide range of other enhancements as well.

The new flavor of Google+ is compatible with all handsets that run under Android 2.1 or newer OS flavors, and is available for download via the Android Market here.

The application packs a series of battery life improvements, as well as navigation and performance improvements, and other enhancements as well. Moreover, the new app flavor was meant to fix several issues, and offers support for Google Apps users.
