BlackBerry’s huge Passport handset was launched not so long ago and the device is already available for pickup from retail locations.

Originally, the Canadian company offered the handset with a classic black paint job, but since then they have also introduced a red and white variation.

Well, if these options don’t appeal to you and your heart craves something a lot more premium, then you should know a gold and black Passport is on its way too.

The model has been listed on the ShopBlackBerry Canada website and appears to be a limited edition model.

The Canadian device maker is offering the most exclusive product to date, the so-called Gold BlackBerry Passport.

If you’re one of those people who likes owning luxury items, you should probably be on the lookout for when the Gold BlackBerry launches into the wild, because only 50 gold handsets are going to be available for pickup.

The new Passport has been meticulously crafted and bears an engraving with “Limited Edition” and the production number plastered on top.

For the time being we don’t know when the Passport will be made available for purchase, but we do know how much you will have to take out of your bank account to get your hands on it. The Limited Edition Gold BlackBerry Passport will cost you no more, no less than $999 / €864.
