Soon, Samsung might bring to the market in Europe the LTE-enabled flavor of its Galaxy Tab 8.9 tablet PC, recent reports suggest.

The South Korean mobile phone maker has just got its device approved for use on the old continent, which suggests that it might not be too long before it arrives on shelves.

Featuring model number GT-P7320, the tablet PC was unveiled to the world last year as one of the slimmest Android tablets in the world.

The model was approved with support for HSPA networks on the 900MHz and 2100MHz bands, and with LTE capabilities over 800MHz and 2.6GHz.

Samsung hasn’t unveiled specific info on the tablet’s release on the European market, but might announce more on this at the MWC 2012 show set to kick off in Barcelona, Spain on February 27th.
